Guidelines for application of Permanent Electric Connection

1.   Open Jusco internet home page 
2.   Press link button “Online New Permanent Electric Application” in right panel above BTS Vendor tab.
3.   New window will open with header title JUSCO CUSTOMER INFRMATION SYSTEM.
4.   Three tab is available at this page
Home : Guidelines for PEC and different application form in downloaded in available in this tab.
Apply on line : To initiate on-line application for new permanent electric connection.
Status tracking : On line tracking of application status by online reference no for new PEC & by receipt no for any other type of application.
5.   Click Apply on line Tab, New page will open ;
a.    Select applicable Business area for Jamshedpur/Seraikela from drop down list
b.    Select Area Core Jamshedpur /Bagan Area / Other Frinze Area/ Other area managed Managing agency from drop down list
c.    Fill up other required details in the specified space.
d.    In the remarks space fill-up the suitable date & time to meeting with CRO within regular working hour(Mon- Sat, 9 AM to 1 PM)
e.    Press submit button to finish the on line application or press reset button to refresh the page.
f.    On Line application no. will generate & appear , which is to be noted.
g.    Down load application form of New permanent electric connection from the home page.
i.	    Aadhaar (UID) Card
ii.	    Electoral identity card;
iii.	    Passport;
iv.	    Driving license;
v.	    Ration card;
vi.	    Photo identity card issued by Government agency;
vii.	    PAN card;
viii.    Photo Certificate from village Pradhan or any village level Government functionary like Patwari/ Lekhpal/ in-charge of primary health centre etc
6.      On the successful acceptance of the application CRO will provide application receipt no.
7.      Applicant can track the status of his/her application on line by referring the application receipt no in the Status Tracking page  in future.
